MYW Plus Ticket Questions

I purchased 10 day MYW plus (water parks, DQ) tickets for our 14 day trip at the end of August.
I am under the impression that I can use these tickets to enter the Parks for 10 days and the Water Parks and Disney Quest for an additional (different) 4 days.
Giving us 14 consecutive days of fun.

Is this correct?

As long as they are used in the 14 day period you should be able to do that.

Ok, hope this doesn't sound dumb but, I understand my MYW base ticket and we've added hopping and dining which I understand. My confusion comes in regards to DTD. I know we can go to DTD Marketplace but can we still go over to Westside to shop (without doing DQ) and to PI during the day without having the MYW Plus ticket.

You can shop all you want with using the plus. Only if you enter DQ or PI will you need a ticket. I don't thing Pleasure Island is open during the day, only after 7pm and once it opens you do need a ticket to get in.

Anyone can enter PI at any time of the day. The clubs are the only places that need admission tickets for after 7pm -- the rest of the place is open for wandering.

Pleasure Island ... you do need a ticket to get in.

I'm sure I read somewhere that you no longer need a ticket to get into PI but you do need to pay a "cover" to get into the clubs.
