MYW Mickey Mail

Dear all:

I got the ME mail yesterday, but I only received the yellow luggage ME tags and the ME tickets. NO MYW Mail, NO luggage tags...

Anybody else run into this weird Mickey Mail?

I've been mutliple times to WDW but I've never gotten the ME and the MYW in different shipments. I paid in full on March 20th or so for a vacation to start on 4/12. One time lump sum payment since this was a "last minute" trip.

As of today, still no MYW info and no luggage tags...

Did you book a room only reservation or a vacation package? They do not send Mickey Mail for room only. If you booked a vacation package then you might want to give them a call. If it doesn't arrive before you leave, then you can get it when you check into your resort.

Myw plus dining. I called And a CM told me that I wouldn't be getting "luggage tags" like I did in the past and that they were "cutting back." So, no "neat" Mickey mail, I guess!

I find that hard to believe since they just came out with new ones.

My trip isn't until August 31, and I got my ME package with the yellow luggage tags in the mail yesterday. I'm assuming that I'll get the regular Mickey Mail about 30 days or so prior to the trip.

If I recall correctly, I got the ME package separately last year, too, and it was also quite a bit sooner than the package with all the vouchers and stuff.

I would think you are getting yours any day now.

just paid in full on March 14th for a trip end of April and received ME tags and vouchers etc plus the nice keepsake luggage tags. I think the CM you spoke to was wrong.

Glad to hear that! Because I love those dang mickey luggage tags! Makes the trip seem real!

I've only gone once but mine were seperate mailings.
Even if you werent receiving tags you would still be getting your vouchers

I know! I put them under the silverware tray, and my husband asked me if I was expecting him to remember the hiding place in 6 months.

And not to hijack your thread OP, but I have a question on Mickey Mail too. This is the first time we booked a Military Room Rate does anyone know if we get Mickey Mail with that? It looks like a "no" since PP said if it was a room only you don't receive MM. Kinda bummed about that but I'll get over it.


Since it doesn't look promising for me ... can someone post a pic of the new tags? My tags from last year were cracked from baggage handling. I guess we'll have to go back to our old standby of Cinderella's Castle in the clouds.

If you added dining to the military room rate it would have turned it into a package. You'd get MM in this case.

If it's just the room you would not receive MM.

No, sadly we didn't. Oh well. I will miss the tags this time around.

But I am curious . . . anyone got a pic of the new ones this year? I really would like to see them. It always was exciting to open that mail and see the new tags.

I got my MM on Monday and it was only one package - yellow luggage tags, MYW vouchers, and luggage tags (the new yellow/red ones - dds were excited as we have quite a few of the blue ones).

We are arriving on 4/28.

I got just the Magical Express stuff on Monday and our trip isn't until May 27th. The rest should arrive 30-45 days prior to our trip a CM told me when I called about something else last night.

I also have always gotten my DME tags in a separate mailing than the MYW stuff. I got the DME stuff first and a few days later I received the MYW stuff that was mailed from my TA.

We got vouchers/luggage tags, but just realized we never received ME luggage tags or tickets. We leave in under 2 weeks.

We got our MYW today...Guess I was just wanting the "vouchers" and the plastic luggage tags...

2 weeks from today...I will be gettin the luggage packed!
