MYW Dining--will they change it soon?

This is my first trip to disney since I was like 2 so I'm not sure how they do things. I've read some things about people fearing that Disney may change the dining plan. Do you think this is likely? Will they raise prices within the next 6 months or so? If I book the package now and they change the prices I will still get the price I booked it for right?

I think they may close a loophole that allows people to a child's meal credit for an adult meal.
