Im still considering adding the MYW Dining Plan to my vacation package. I am going with my wife and 3 kids (13,10,5) for 5 nights. I plan on doing two shows (Probably the Poly Laue and Hoop Dee Doo) using 4 of my 5 TS Meals.

Whats the best Character Dinner for my last TS value wise?

ALSO: I have no idea about using all these CS meals. Are the choices easy enough and worth it for the 5 CS meals I will have? Are there good CS dinners?

Or would I be better off using cash to make sure I get only what I need instead of using the MP? Does the MP save money overall??

OK the price of the dining plan for 2006 is (per day) $37.99 for adults and $11.99 for children 3-9. So if you think you will spend more then that per day on meals then yes it is defintely worth it. DH and I tried place we could never eat otherwise (Le Cellier which I LOVED  was over $100 for the two of us so just on that meal we saved over $25 cause the tip was included) and we had a snack and a CS meal that day as well. So lets say the meal was $100 and CS meal about $20 (desserts and drinks are included) and the snack's about $8. Just in one day DH and I saved $52 dollars. So over a week you could save over $300 and that's just for a couple. So since you have a family :teeth: you get the picture.

And YES there are tons of wonderful restaurants throughout the World All the parks have conter service as do all of the resorts. If you visit allearsnet.com there are menus for counter service, table service, snacks, and dinner shows. So you can even figure out for yourself if it will save you money.
