#1. When booking HDDR will i be "allowed" to use dining plan for the adults but pay for the kids separately (or at least pay for DD10 separately)? i just cannot fathom using *two* of her $35/each sit-down credits for a meal that would only cost $25 if using cash, kwim?

#2. If having dinner in MGM which restaurant would you choose to get the most "bang for your buck?" we did fantasmic/h&v package last year and are looking for just a dinner, not a fantasmic package... i'm thinking mama melrose's but totally undecided...

#3. Can you combine myw dining w/the "Plus" meal at AK?

#4. Can snacks on the plan be bought at resorts or only at theme parks?

i think that's it... looking forward to the answers so i can get that much closer to having a real plan!

1) I think so- just tell your server how you'll be paying when you are seated... you should get seperate bills, one showing the MYW Dining credits deducted, and one with a total to pay.

2) Look on allearsnet.com and compare menus- we are going to Sci Fi, but I think the prices at all Table Svc restaurants at MGM are comparable (Except for Brown Derby, which is a 2 credit place, anyway).

3) No. They are two totally seperate things- you have to purchase vouchers for the AK meal deal anyway, so it wouldn't work to try to use MYW credits.

4) Yes, snacks can be bought at resorts as well as the parks.

thanks... does anyone know how i "reserve" my HDDR? last year i just paid w/a credit card... if i'm using myw credits for half, do i leave a deposit for the cash half? leave a deposit for the whole thing and get a credit back? any clue? i guess i have the same questions re: PSB and CRT...

You still give them your cc info b/c that 'holds' your spot. When it's time to pay, that's when your cc gets charged. However, if you're a no-show and you don't cancel w/in the cancellation time limit, that's when they would charge your cc (if you're a no-show).
