Don't know the answer either, but had to reply to airplane. Have you ever tried the Coconut Snowball? We HAVE to have one EVERY time we go there! YUMMY!
I have read on previous threads that people got the dessert with the MYW plan...I'm planning to try the coconut snowball...just gonna try and save some room...
We got dessert with our meal, not that we were hungry, but it was included so what the heck. I had the cheesecake with passion fruit topping, delicious and pretty too... my husband and mil had the bread pudding and my daughter had something chocolate. The little ones had one of those sno-cone things in a bucket (talk about a mess!!) It was all great. I don't care much for coconut, thats why I didnt try the other dessert.

My son and I got the cheesecake and the chocolate mousse dessert last month. After eating all the other food that came with the plan, we didn't have any room left for dessert. We had the desserts put in a take out box and took them to the MK with us.
I had planned to eat them while watching the parade. We each took one bite of each item, then tossed them in the trash.
About 30 minutes later my son asked for money to buy a funnel cake.
The plan was great, I'd use it again, but we did waste an awful lot of food.
We also ate there 2 weeks ago and yes, you still get dessert - we had the chocolate mousse. We weren't hungry but got it anyway....it was okay - nothing spectacular. I REALLY enjoyed the pineapple dipped in caramel!!!!
Enjoy!
We have friends that just returned on Thursday and were told by their server that their policy on the MYW dining had changed and the pineapple with dipping sauce was now considered your dessert. They were very dissappointed as they had already ordered dessert!

wow- i would have taken that up with the manager. we had no problem on our dinner - which was friday may 13. i don't think that's fair!
i wonder if they are trying to roll back a bit-- i was not able to get the filet mignon add on to my lobster tail at coral reef. the waitress said they had just stopped allowing that recently.
I don't think it's unfair for them to remove the desserts from the dining plan since their buffet includes a dessert.
There's nothing to stop you from paying the extra $4.00-$5.00 for another dessert.
I have a feeling there will be many changes to the dining plan in the near future. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they stop adults from using kids ($10.00) credits for adult meals.
