MYW Dining and Fantasmic Package??

So now you can use the MYW Dining Credit for the Fantasmic Dinner Package...does this mean you get the package and then must pay tax, tip and beverage for say Mama Melroses or Tax and tip for Brown Derby or is it taken care of still with your credits as with normal Table service meals?

Also, do you select your meal from the regular menu (appetizer/entre/desert) or is there a special Fantasmic menu?

my parents are booked at Mama Melroses on the dining plan but Fantasmic was not allowed when we made the reservations. Do you think they will allow them to do the package?

Here is a little info though for those of you looking for later times between Sept 27-Oct 2....we called months ago for the reservations and they had no evening seating available then, CM told me that there must be a large party booking for those nights. Doens't make sense to me, but the latest seating was 4pm....so we took it.

Where did you hear that they allow it now??? Does it mean that Brown Derby would be 2 credits??

I made my reservations for December 9 on Sept 5 and was told it was part of the MYW dining plan. There was no mention of tax or tip. I assume it's like any other meal, included.

I booked H&V saying I want FDP and would pay out of pocket... I called last week to check on my ressies, and was told that it was NOW included!!

I called yesterday and was able to do the Package using dining plan for our December trip. I booked for Mama Melrose's. There was no mention to me of the tax, tip or beverage either but with Disney that doesn't mean anything. I have yet to get the same answer twice from a CM
As to what it is included I would assume it would be the package meal and just trading one credit for it.
I guess in some ways we will have to wait and see what others who are doing this say.
Does anyone know yet??
