Hi. Actually you can't make reservations by phone. You have to make the reservations the day you are there at the kiosk. I have never had any trouble with this. As soon as you get there, go over to the little customer service kiosk and they can get you on the list.

Incidentally, just spotted this on the main Universal site regarding Mythos:

Reservations: Accepted. Call Islands of Adventure Reservations at (407)224-4012
Don't know how far out you can book though....

And I've now discovered that Hard Rock can be reserved online 30 days in advance

You can't make ressies at Hard Rock, BUT if you have their Access Card that gives you priority seating OR you can use this:

We used those twice last year and once the year before and were seated immediately.

I read it that it works in the same was as priority seating ADR's do at Disney - is that right?
