would you recommend Mythos for lunch or dinner? is it the same menu for both or are they different?
Does anyone know where I can view menus for Mythos?

Thanks!

when are you going?
mythos generally closes around 3 n the afternoon.

if you are going during spring break, mythos announced they have extended evening hours.

Has anyone been to Mythos recently and noticed if they still have the basalmic chicken on the menu?I had it about 4 years ago and it was one of the best meals I had ever eaten and had requested they send me the recipe which unfortunately I never got. When I went 2 years ago it was not on their menu but I did get a really great pasta dish. Recent menus I have seen show the chicken on the menu so I am wondering if this is just old information or if this is current information.
Thanks!!!!!!
:)

So if we were planning on eating here in January we'd need to do lunch not dinner? I thought they were open until the park closed. This would change things for us.

during spring break this year, mythos has extended their hours to the evening time.

they do extend on some dates. it is announced when they do.

january is a slower period for the most part.
you should call them to see when they expect to close when you are going.

the last few years, mythos has been closing at 3 in the afternoon.

Definitely, lunch. As others have noted, they're not always open for dinner. If our last visit there was any indication, their lack of experience with serving dinner shows. It definitely wasn't what we've come to expect from Mythos. Also, we think the menu is better suited for lunch.

If/when you go.........dont forget to try *a few* of the "shot glass desserts". They are AWESOME !!! We cant remember what we ate for lunch at Mytho's, but we remember those great desserts. They are small so you can sample more than one and not feel guilty !!!
Later.........Syndrome

We wanted to try those desserts. They look great, & are a good size for lunch. Unfortunately, on our last visit our server throwed the check at us without offering dessert. :sad2:

We ate at Mythos for dinner on Wednesday night 4/11. The Balsamic Chicken is NOT on the menu now, it has been replaced by Chicken a la Oscar, basically a chicken dish with a crab cake on top. My husband really liked it. We got a babysitter to go to dinner there, but there were many people there with their children, mostly tired and some whining by 7:30 pm. Next time, I think we might do lunch at Mythos with the kids and let them enjoy the incredible atmosphere and view. The menu was more like lunch fare, especially after eating at the Palm the night before!

Our experience has been if you're going during a slow time, Mythos isn't open for dinner.

We've gone in January, late February, September, mid-December and late April/early May. Mythos has never been open for dinner during those times that we were there.

Basically if you can walk on the rides with little to no wait, plan on Mythos not being open for dinner :)

Had the risotto of the day there last Thursday. Delish! We went for lunch and didn't have to wait at all. Still had time to do a few more rides before we got on the road at 5 PM.

Does anyone know if they still offer the "Shot Glass Desserts" ???
Just wondering.........
Thanks.........Syndrome

i saw a pic of them on another thread.
i'll see if i can pull it up for you.

don't know if they still have them at this point.

I had lunch at Mythos last Thursday! We were there around 1:30 or so. Food was very good and I would go back. Those shot glass desserts were wonderful, about $2.50 each, but I could have had about 10 of them!
