Mystery Sets?

Hi all

I posted this on DizPins as well, hoping somebody can help.........

I am a bit new to the mystery sets and I am wondering when buying one other than from Disney, how do you know the set has not been searched?

Do mystery sets have seals on the inner or outer boxes?

In particular I am wondering about the 2007 Spooktacular and the Nursery Rhyme sets?
Also did they come packaged with inserts?

If they are in tins the top and bottom are usually taped together with a sealed clear plastic.
