I don't think there is anything that person can do about it. If that picture was placed on the web for the public to see, anybody can right click it and save it and put it where they want unless there is a copyright on it. I'm just guessing, but I know this happened to somebody I know and the person that used that image was doing it legally because they obtained the picture via a public forum
Just go to the person's myspace page and report the pictures or the person's page. They may ask you to prove the pictures are your own and not the person's posting them.
Doesn't it depend on who the photographer was? If the person posting the pic is the photographer and the pic isn't illegal (porn) then I don't think you can make them remove it. But if you are the photographer then you may have rights about it being used for profit.
It is a sister living out of town that dosen't get along w/ me, she constantly is driving me crazy. She puts pics of Sandi and of me there, andi have asked her not to.
But who was the photographer? If she took the pics and she's not using them for profit she may be able to post them w/o your permission.
Maybe read the TOS on MySpace. But as long as they aren't unappropriate photos and she owns them I don't think you can do anything about it.
I know some kids at the high school like to take pictures of the subs in embarrassing situations and put them on their MySpace. They tried to get them taken off, but were unsuccessful. It's a shame.
