I just checked the status of our pending redemption on the "order tracking" page we got from Mypoints after cashing in some points for GCs. The status now says "order cancelled" but we did not cancel this transaction.
Has anyone had this happen to them before? I haven't e-mailed Member Care yet; I tried to call their 1-888 number but all I get is a recording.
