My DM cashed out for hers on the 17th & I was getting worried, she called WC today & they don't have the redemption in their system yet. The CS rep said to wait until next Friday before she called again--they have been busy was his response when she asked why so long.
According to my son's account statement, he cashed out on 8/16. He has not received anything as of today. I will have him call webcert. next Friday if he still does not receive it. Is the number clearly posted on their site?
