MyPoints Webbies - anyone else have a problem redeeming?

I cashed out at MyPoints recently for a webbie. The email containing the webbie arrived fairly quickly, but when I try to redeem it, all I get is an ERROR message saying to call or email Webcertificates. So far I emailed them with no answer. I'll be calling them Mon.
Anyone else have this problem? Were you able to get it solved? What worked for you?

I had the same problem but was successful last night with the redemption.

Give it a try again.
 
I've tried a couple of times. Guess I'll go back & try again. They still haven't responded to my messages. :mad:

UPDATE: I just tried again. Still doesn't work!
 
Another update - I called Webcertificate, they said it was blocked by MyPoints! I really not a very happy camper right now! :mad:

I've contacted MyPoints, my account seems to be OK. I'm still getting emails & collecting points, so if there's any problem with my account, I don't know about it. I've contacted MyPoints. We'll see what happens now. I'll keep you posted.
