I cashed out at MyPoints recently for a webbie. The email containing the webbie arrived fairly quickly, but when I try to redeem it, all I get is an ERROR message saying to call or email Webcertificates. So far I emailed them with no answer. I'll be calling them Mon.
Anyone else have this problem? Were you able to get it solved? What worked for you?
