DH tried shopping through your Tupperware page with my last GC and can not get his order to go through. After he puts in my Serial # and Acceptance Code he gets this message:
Attention
You have entered an amount higher than the remaining balance for the E-Gift Certificate. Remaining balance is $10.00

His order total was only $8.98 and he entered it correctly 3 times before giving up.......any suggestions?

That's happened to me several times. I've had to email tupperware...there's a link somewhere on the site saying "contact us" or whatever.
It takes a day or two, but they will email back saying they've cleared the error message or something like that. Then the ecert will work. I'm not sure why that happens, but it's been over the past two months or so.
When you email them, put the ecert codes in the email. (serial and acceptance, I think?)
 
I spoke with Customer Support and they also said that you could email them the codes and they would fix the problem. She did also say that sometimes if you empty your cart, close your browser and then go through the site again it may work iteslf out.

I would try the "quick fix" first! ;)
