Has anyone else tried to order anything lately thru the site? It's been down a few days while there working on the new one. I've been ordering without it all weekend but now DH wants to order a digital camera & I didn't want to miss out on getting the points credited.

Should I just go ahead & order then send them an email explaining why I couldn't use the link?

I would wait until the site is back up. they are NOT good about crediting points if you don't go through their site.

Please remember that if you don't use their link, they don't "owe" you anything. They make their money by you clicking their links. If you don't use their link don't expect any points plain and simple.

I'm wondering about my balance. My points available to spend is a negative amount. My actual balance though is correct - 206 points. However, there is a gas card pending (1400 points), and I'm wondering is that's going to come now since they don't have them available anymore on their website. If not, I better get those points back!!

AUGH I was/am within 100 points of 7,000 and was going to cash out for 2 $25 webbies. I've sent an email off as I am not too happy with this change.
