mypoints response problems

    Is anyone else having problems getting a response from mypoints? I have e-mailed them 4 times inquiring about missing points from a magazine purchase & have not heard anything. I didn't even get a tracking # or automatic response.

    Got an automated response when I e-mailed about Entertainment book points yesterday. They have really been bad about not crediting points to my account and having to be asked about everything. They shorted me a bunch from the Christmas promotion and when I forwarded the proof to them they still didn't credit the extra points and they made me wait 30 days for points to credit after I had waited for over 90 days since purchases were made.
