Last month I participated in the Overstock.com offer for free shipping and went thru MyPoints as they offered 400 points per order. I used the link to quicklist by merchants on their site and it said nothing about 400 points(once) like so many of their offers. I found out later that if you access them a different way (thru the link with the box) it does state that it is once.
Since it has been a month I emailed them earlier this week and was pleased to find out that they will credit 400 points for each purchase. However, the points will credit 400 per month until they have all been credited (in my case over 5 months). The rep that emailed me back and forth was very pleasant and I had my answers within 2 days. He also stated to me that for the most part that is how the point credits work for retailers. For most purchases they credit the points once per month for each transaction so if you have multiple transactions it can take more than 1 month to receive those points.
