Mypoints missing points: I'm in the Twilight Zone......

I have written to membercare@mypoints and points@mypoints and I keep getting these replies from people who must be wearing straight jackets or perhaps they belong to the Stepford wives club. I ordered thru the link using my same email, blah, blah, and I have sent them the verification email I received and every reply I get is the same, "thank you for contacting mypoints. If you believe your account is in error, please submit your email verification or registration so that we can investigate this matter." This is not the automated mypoints reply--this is signed by a person, all FOUR times I've sent in my proof. If not for the fact that I've never had a problem before and we're talking about 1600 pts, I'd just say screw it, but I'm very frustrated. Any suggestions?

I had a very frustrating problem that was not being resolved through email and I found their phone number on a website. It is 415-676-3700. You should get a better result by calling.
