mypoints/hhonors?

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been on this board in awhile but I'm still plugging & savings my rewards.

On 12/20 I redeemed 2500 hhonor points at mypoints instead of getting the usual RFC GC. They haven't posted & I've sent emails to mypoints with no response. Has anyone done this? do you remember it taking awhile to transfer the points?

I posted yesterday about Webcertificates that I redeemed on 12/16 that I still have not received. I was informed that it would take 2 to 6 weeks for arrival when I redeemed my points. The 6 week mark was last Friday, January 27th.

I redeemed for a WebCertificate back in October and it only took 4 weeks to arrive. It seems like they may be behind on redemptions.

In the past...I did redeem for HHonor points. It was usually done right away or within a day.

I have 4 - $25 redemptions for WebCertificates right now. Redeemed on 12/16, 12/21, 1/09, and 1/12....and I almost have enough points for another redemption. I'm starting to get a little worried....

I also e-mailed them yesterday with no response thus far. I'll let you know if I hear anything from them....

What worries me too is I have at least 10 Christmas orders thru mypoints links & emails that haven't credited either. I'm going to wait a little longer to try & avoid sending them a bunch of emails.
 
I received both my 12/16 cash-out and 12/21 cash-out on my WebCertificates yesterday (2/1).

As for credits for shopping, I usually wait until the 31 day mark and shoot off an e-mail on that day. If you go to your Account Statement, you can see the date that you "clicked thru" for the transaction. You can also click on that transaction to send them an e-mail about the transaction through their web-based form.

If you send an e-mail anytime before the 30 day mark, they will send an e-mail right back telling you to wait until the 30 day mark.

When I do have to e-mail them, sometimes the points are credited right away and sometimes it takes another e-mail...but, I've never had any problems eventually getting my points.

When you do e-mail them...whether it's through the website or just a regular e-mail...make sure to include your order confirmation from each order. I would also send out a seperate e-mail for each order.

I was hoping a few would credit before I would have to send an email for each one. There all before Christmas so I'm over the 31 day mark now. I still haven't received an answer from them on the hhonor points.
