MyPoints cash in question

I cashed in for a $25 Webcertificate on Oct 30. How long before I get it? I thought for sure I'd have it before now! I'm going to use it to purchase a Disney G/C and then use the G/C in the Disney store to purchase Disney Dollars. I've done this before, but I got the webcertificate within a few days.
 
MyPoints seems to redeem in batches, maybe once or twice a month. So last time you were probably just lucky and cashed in right before they were ready to do a batch. If you don't see anything by the end of the month, then I'd start to worry more. I've never NOT gotten a webbie from them.
 
It's now December 4, 35 days after cashing out, and STILL no webbies!
 
You should have that webbie by now. Try calling Webcertificates.com to see if they have it. Sometimes your SPAM filter or internet provider will block webbies. I had this happen last month with a webbie from Chase-i.

If they do not have a webbie waiting for you, then get in touch with MyPoints.com customer service at:
1-888-262-4528 and ask for Membercare.

Good Luck! MyPoints has very good customer service and an excellent reputation for paying in a timely fashion. I'm sure that someone at one of those two phone numbers can help you.
 

First you should check your account statement at MyPoints to see if your points have been deducted yet. Right now I have points pending for 2 cashouts. They say to allow 4-6 weeks.
