Mypoints - can everyone get into their accounts okay?

Dh tried to login to his account and keeps getting a message saying that his username and password combination aren't recognized by this system yet he's sure he's typing correctly. Is this just a computer glitch or did they close his account? The weird thing is that neither of us have cashed out in a long time and we both don't shop there so I don't see how he could have done anything "suspicious". Any ideas?

Sorry to hear! I wish I could help, but I just logged into mine and it worked fine! Have you tried emailing them and asking them what the problem is? Or maybe call them??

Thanks for your reply. Just wanted to say everything's fine now. Our clock settings were off! I didn't know that could impact these programs but apparently it does! Learn something new everyday!
