mypoints and Visa's

Visa's are back at mypoints but the amount of points went up from last week.

$25 4500
$50 8900

Wonder why they went up!! That's a lot 1200 more points than last week for the $50. Maybe I won't be choosing that option.

They must have realized that the point value was too low for what it cost them. As much as I would love to have a $50 VISA gift card, that's way too many points.

I could redeem add another 150 points to that and get both a $10 & a $50 Target GC! And since I regularly shop at Target, I could just take whatever I don't spend at Target because of the GC and transfer the cash to my Disney account!

No.

I pay for my Target purchases with the GC and then I take the cash that I would have used to pay for those purchases and put it in my Disney account. Since I shop at Target once a week, it doesn't take long to spend the money.

I'll use my points towards gas cards since I've been saving the points to use on our upcoming WDW trip.

That is way to high for the gift card. I use my points for Marriott and gas cards for my trip.
