LOL.My 5 year old granddaughter is looking at this with me and screamed "is that purple right there?!"

They do have purple band covers! At a price

So I was looking over the color choices...

I thought in original pic there was a purple?
However it's not a choice.. :

The "original" pic was a concept design, and not the actual design they went with (there are obvious differences.) That included the colors.

For all we know producing a purple one of that material could have been more complicated, so they couldn't do it for the first wave.

I have a client that is a colored plastics manufacturer. To make those colors they have a variety of materials they mix in - metals for some, etc. It is possible a metal-based coloring agent would affect how it works. But I honestly don't know the reasons. I just dread the metallic dust that gets into their computers...

I hope so too! It kinda stinks having two girls and only one girly color..
DD(7) settled for blue :-(
However DH wanted blue so he took gray :-(

We did not want double colors.. Too confusing, even with the names on the back

I wonder why purple was not released with others?

Red is girly too. My band (I'm a girl) is green. I actually have a black STar wars cover on it with a Mickey head bling piece so it doesn't really matter what color it it.

I understand that all colors can be girly.. And did explain this to her.. However in this world we live in pink and purple are "girl" colors..
I don't like it, but that's how it is.. :-(

I told her "mom was getting green.. ;-) like tiana! " And cinderella had blue, and minnie has red..

There was no changing her mind, she really wanted purple..
We settled on blue, with a purple band cover.. If we can find one..

I get it, that's why my YDD has the pink one. LOL They sell a purple band cover, it won't be an issue.

I have been a few days in March, June and September and all three of those KTTW card numbers are showing as 'active' under the MagicBands and CArds section...

Oh I'm having real issues linking my will call tickets but I want to make my FP + adrs soooo I'm now wondering as a few hand had issues if I link our old KTTW card's from last trip for all the family wether they would link as active and j could book the FPs hmmmm worth a shot I guess?

Do the KTTW cards have park admission entitlements on them? If not, then I serious doubt that would work. It's the park admission entitlements that matter.

I just rec'd a notice that we were selected to test fast pass+ (are most people selected now??) during our trip coming up in 3 weeks. I have not been keeping up with the info and, other than knowing the general concept, I've been pretty clueless. I've read many threads and I've read disney's site, but I'm still having trouble figuring out the actual steps to select the attractions. I am so sorry If this has been discussed extensively already here but I didn't see it.

I have set up the my experience account and I have the tickets and dining reservations linked. But whenever I click on the attractions, I only see where you can click on the heart to save it... Where do you actually link/ choose the fast passes? I'm seeing that some days they don't have any available so I'm not sure if that's why I can't see where I choose the options?
Thanks for any advice, I'm panicking with every hour that passes there will be less to choose from!

I've been skimming the thread looking for pics of the Magic Bands with the Bandits on them. Does anyone have any (or post #s) to look at. I know earlier on there is a link to a June blog post but it is hard to see them and can't really see them ON the bands.

I'm so excited to get ours for next month!

This might have been answered already- but I'm a little overwhelmed! We are doing a split stay for Jambo House(1 night) then going to Kidani Village for the remainder of our trip. Neither place had the amount of nights needed, so we had to split. Bc of Jambo House, we have received our Magic Bands and could do fastpass+ reservations. My question is: will our fastpass+ reservations still be on the magic band when we check out of Jambo House? We have planned a couple dinners around our Fastpass reservations. I just don't know how it all works! Any help will be appreciated!!

Finally managed to get my UT ticket linked to our MBs. FYI I had to straighten out a problem on people being on my friends and family list twice before anything could work. I had the best luck calling the Magic Band and FP+ questions number 407 939-7849. She was very helpful and understood my problem when I explained it to her. She was able to correct my screen and they suggested I scan the UT paper ticket with the app which worked immediately. Unfortunately all the FP+s that I can get now are late afternoon when I rather not be in the parks. We will see what happens. Good luck to all of you still struggling.

I'm curious, has anyone else come across this? Our Magic Bands customize date is coming up soon but my MDE app and the Disney Website are telling me two different dates. We check in on Oct 21st and the app tells me that we have till the 20th to customize while the web says the 21st. I know it's just one day but I'm so excited!! And it's right around the weekend so one day kinda makes a difference!! Anyone else see this?? I tend to trust the 21st date because that would be the month mark but one can hope right???

I have a quick question about old tickets. We were able to link our UT paper tickets and are all set up with FP+ and magicbands are being delivered today! . But we have a couple of old no expire passes that only have water park passes left. We are hoping to get to a water park one day this trip so I wasn't sure if I should link these tickets or just let them be and try and convert them separately?? I'll link them if it lets us skip a stop to convert them, but I don't want to mess up everything I've already got set up! Oh and if I link them, would it tell you how many visits are left or can that still only be done at guest relations? Thanks!
