You pick an hour window, based on availability (not all times may be available).

I predict a lanyard fob of some sort. This will appear on the scene about the time Disney realizes that people wearing magicbands might buy magicband accessories, but stop buying lanyards and all those pretty pins to wear on them.

I'll probably try to attach ours to lanyards. I don't want to wear it on my wrist.

Trying to read all threads related to MB & FP+
and understand this is all speculation at this point.. but would it be possible to choose the 3 FP+ for the same attraction at a park ?

RFID is simple enough in general that they can make anything...it's a matter of form and convenience, since the whole point was to make it too convenient to use for charging... The only restrictions on are on the battery and the length/shape of the antenna, which until someone disassembles a band I'm not sure if it may in fact occupy a decent portion of the band. Most of the "sticker" types are actually mostly the antenna arranged in a square pattern.

I was actually thinking i wouldn't mind if they offered one of the waterproof lanyard card cases with the feature. I need that for all the other cards I still currently need to carry.

Another one could be a keyring...I can actually picture it. Imagine something like this, with the medallion as the "magicband":

The problem may be in that convenience...too easy to put in a pocket.

I'll probably try to attach ours to lanyards. I don't want to wear it on my wrist.

A keyfob should work for that...but that might be my alternative for the band as well if it is a problem.

Currently no. They must be different choices. But during the last test, once you used your first FP+, you could then change one of the other FP+ to be the same attraction as the first, if available.

I'm going to say something that's been bugging me but will surely get me flamed, but I feel the need to say it.

I understand not wanting to read through 50 pages of posts regarding FP+ and MyMagic+, but how does that relate to just posting that you selected in a test. It's kinda baffeling why there are an upwards of ten MyMagic+ related threads. I understand everyone's desire to be the "OP" and to have your thread be the most popular, but realistically, it's really making it difficult to compile information. I started this thread with that idea (not to receive any attention), but I guess it's true: people don't read the stickies and surely don't read any "official" thread.

Have to agree here. This and the guest test thread are the only ones I follow for MyMagic+. Too many threads out there on a topic makes it too hard to follow and keep up.

My wife called Disney. Unless u get the email you are not invited. Also they said that if you filled out stuff before being invited then you would be made ineligible. Kind of odd

1. It seems that emails are being sent at 17 days prior to arrival. If anybody has received an email who has more than 17 days to go I'd like to know.

2. Some of those who did get the email had already filled out stuff, so the 'ineligible" part must be wrong. Perhaps the cm meant that info would need to be re-entered, but idk.

Yeah; the part about being ineligible seems odd considering DME literally popped up a window prompting me to select our Magic Bands when I logged on. If I didn't frequent these boards and know better, I would have thought that it was fully functional. I am currently 31 days out for our trip so I'm really curious if I'll get the email in a couple of weeks. If am ineligible I won't lose sleep over it; I'd just like to know.
