Is anyone else having trouble getting the new My Disney Photopass website for WDW pictures to work?

It allows let me to log in but when I click on Walt Disney World it just brings up the same site asking you to choose where the pictures were taken with no where to enter the photo id numbers

I tried the help desk but have been on hold for almost an hour they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes maybe that's because the site doesn't work

There's a button at the upper right that says Claim Photos . Click on that and type in your Photopass ID number.
