We have old magic bands from past trips still on my disney experience. Back in March/April some how our tickets was messed up. My husbands would not scan for 3 days and DD14 kept coming up as childs ticket at the gate even thou our reservation and all other information had her as 14yo. Not sure what they did with there tickets but at the end of our stay they both had a few days left of tickets showing unused.
I just booked a room only stay coming up and was looking through my disney experience to make other reservations. We are getting new Magic Bands for this trip. For some reason it keeps telling me that my husband and DD have tickets to link.(that would be nice if so, but i know there is not any there.) and i have not bought any tickets for this stay yet. Should i call them in regards to this? I don't want it to be messed up again. I spent to much time waiting in line for them to be fixed.
