OK...Help is needed here!
We at first had a virus, made a backup of most of our important files, including all emails through Outlook Express (important info on there!)
We know now not to use OE but the emails in our Inbox will not recover withthe outlook Express Mail Recovery we purchased. All other files will. UGH!
Also, the hard drive on the computer broke, destorying all files on it. How disappointing esp since Best Buy is giving us the runaround and won't back up the warranty we purchased. So, we are in a fight with them about that.
We are not super computer literate people so this is hard for us.
We purchased a laptop to keep us going...
We are so upset about the things we lost, esp some of the emails.
If you know how I can get the OE mail recovery to work ont he Inbox please let me know!
