We had a 2 BR standard condo in bldg 15. For the rate of $79/night, it was probably a great deal for Orlando during spring break, but I have stayed at more satisfactory accomodations offsite at other times. The check-in is a construction trailer! The unit had a spacious foyer (probably because it was totally empty). The living room had only one seating option, a leather-type sectional sofa which was very uncomfortable. The 52 in TV was positioned opposite the sofa causing it too be too close. It also had a very grainy picture. Neither remote for any TV worked. My boys shared a bedroom with two double beds which had it's own bathroom just outside. That all seemed fine, except there were no fitted sheets on any of the beds so all the bedding had to be redone each day. In the master, the vanity lights had two switches, but the lights were very tempermental sometimes never responding to either or going off & on on their own. Hubby tried the jacuzzi & reported it comfortable & the jet at your back rotates or something like that which he enjoyed due to a sore back from the traveling. The shower stall had no place to put soap, shampoo or anything else. The toilet seat was warped to one side. The towels could have been cut into small pieces & marketed as steel wool they were so rough. I didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee & make use of the refrigerator. It was small, but I suppose adequate. Mind you, I didn't actually attempt to cook a meal. The dining table was poorly lit by a hanging fixture which was mounted about 1-2 feet too close to the kitchen so that the table could not be centered under it. We are Wyndham by Request members & did receive some of our benefits. We requested milk & cookies - received no milk & 3 cookes for 4 people along with a printed note. We requested USA today. Two days no paper, then a local paper & on our last day the USA Today. The complimentary continental breakfast was served poolside. There were far too few tables to accomodate the number of people. Lounge chairs were covered so that you could not sit on them & you were not allowed to take food back to your unit. The line for the breakfast extended well outside the pool area & down the sidewalk..We located a McDonalds after the first attempt to have breakfast there. Although we were not asked to take a timeshare tour, apparantly several thousand other folks visiting Orlando were because there were hundreds of golf carts zipping thru the parking lots & along the roads of the property. (Golf carts have right of way on property - good thing since their drivers pay no attention to any others around them!) I was pleased that our condo neighbors were quiet, there was an operational elevator, & I saw no bugs or rodents. Being park commandos, we had no time to check our any ammenities such as pools, mini golf, etc. so no comment on that. Would I stay there again? For $79/night, probably, but not for much more....It was fairly convenient to Disney parks, probably less than 10 mins to any of them, but I wasn't actually timing it.
