I've been to WDW 8 times. My next trip is for 8 nights, Oct 15-23 and will be adults only, just DH and me. We're staying at CS and booking a pkg. with 7-day hoppers and adding the dining option. That was the easy part! Normally we do not have passes for every day, but the 7 day ticket is the best bargain price wise, so we'll be in the parks every day. We want to include HDDR and LaNouba as we've never done either. Trying to establish a daily itinerary to book PS for all those meals on the plan, and getting HDDR and Cirque tickets is driving me nuts!
My feeling is that PS are a must with the new dining plan for sit downs. Epcot is our favorite park and we'll plan two full days and probably hop over once or twice as well. I've got all the guides that tell me what day is the best to visit each park - I also know that I do NOT want to be in Epcot on a weekend during the Food and Wine Festival, nor do I want to be in MK on any Sat. We'll be eating our way around the world at the booths during the festival, so we'll be trading in 2 of our sit downs for one night at HDDR. This is all so complicated - I have never felt quite this overwhelmed at planning a WDW trip before! And here I thought booking a package would simplify things! NOT.
