MY way of beating Hyperspace Mountain

I did already let you know on the other boards - but again thank you for doing such a great job in mapping out the game. I beat it today after my second try and I followed your suggestions - mainly the final triangle point-collecting strategy. 24 long minutes to complete it!

Wendot!! Congratulations, girl!! You beat the game after your SECOND TRY????? I've played it at least a dozen times and can't last longer than 50 seconds!! LOL!! To think I have to stay alive for 24 minutes??!!! Uh oh!!

I am DETERMINED though! I'm going to try again with Kaironzet's maps. Thanks Kariornzet!! I think those visuals will help me at least know where I'm going - not sure they will help with me hitting everything in sight. Oh why couldn't they have made stronger space suits?!

hahahahahahha Sorry to mislead. My second try of the day!! I played a few times the day before where you had to substitute the words in the url, but I hadn't really grabbed the full concept of all the packs you needed to collect in addition to the modules. And I kept dying. But while I was sitting at school/work reading the boards (but not playing VMK) the next day I started getting really antsy about everyone scoring great trades and getting their codes while I was sitting around working. So I just said to myself "win the game" and I did. hahahahahaha I need to thank my parents for buying me a Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64 way back when and allowing me to develop gaming skills.

How do you get by the red things? I have followed the map (thank you), but I walk to get the power thing and die at the red ball with spikes. There is no way to go over it - so how do you get by it?

press 4 on your keyboard to activate the shield, then just walk on through.

Thank you so much for the map. Even with the tips I wasn't able to last more than a few minutes. Now, following the lines, I've lasted about 12 minutes. I've made it to the green line, I just keep dying when I go up to get whatever is just barely in the next screen.

A big tip for the game is that everyone plays slow, otherwise you'll crash with everything, you'll be earning speed with time, as you get used to it, it won't just be that quick

You won't certainly get the map unless you read the instructions I posted above it. Remember to never judge a book by its cover

I've played it about 20 times the first day and about 15 times today. I still have not completed the $%*&#(* white line.

These games make me feel like such a loser. I don't find them challenging at all, to me they are torture.

I know there are people out there who are a wiz at these types of games and don't think much of us who are not. They can't understand why all of us can't just go win our own codes for prizes.

I'm sorry but I give up on all these fast action games: Fireworks, Hypermountain, Blast and with my luck probably the Haunted Mansion game too. As much as I would like a Space Mountain room of my own or whatever the new prizes they come out with in the future, these games are just making me miserable. They are not “fun” to me.

When VMK come out with some puzzle or thinking game, I'll play again. Until then, best of luck to those that play them.

Catherder, you and I need to stick together!! I've played it just as many times as you, even using Kaironzet's wonderful maps. I can get through the white line now most of the time, but die on the red line every time. It's discouraging looking at that map to know that we are not even a fraction of the way through!!! LOL! You're right - it's not "challenging"; it's "torture"!! LOL! But you know what? I'll be on again this afternoon for my daily dose of torture!!
