My vouchers won't print!

Anyone else have this problem?? When I try to print them, my printer spits out a blank sheet of paper! Thought maybe it was our printer, so I forwarded the email to my DH at work...but he said they wouldn't print for him either.

The vouchers are PDF files. Is your Adobe up to date? I have had that problem printing PDF files in the past when I hadn't updated Adobe Acrobat recently. Odd that your DH couldn't print them at work, though. I used to have to send things to DH at work until I figured out the problem. You might need to uninstall Adobe and then reinstall it.

You can save the voucher files to your computer until you figure out the printing problem. You might be able to take the files to an office supply store and get them printed.

There are also programs that allow you to convert a PDF file to a Microsoft Word document. DH has one on his computer that allows him to import PDF files into Word. You might do a Google search.

I'm having the same problem. They sent me the email with the link yesterday but when I downloaded it, it just has a little white square in the middle with nothing in it. I sent them an email but haven't got a response yet. Wonder if they could just mail them to us.

Maybe it's a glitch in their system, since I just got my email this week too? It would be nice if they could just mail them. Too bad that the organizations couldn't just hand them to us after our service!

Can you see the vouchers on the computer? If you can, do a "print screen" and paste the voucher into a word document. Then crop out the parts of the screen you don't want. That should work as long as the voucher appears on the computer screen...the PDF might be messed up.

When I retrieved my vouchers months ago I got a blank screen. I kept trying a few times during the day and eventually it worked.

Can you save it to a file? I saved mine and printed. In case I lose them, I know I have a saved copy.
