My Vacation Planning Kit will never........

I dont know what is going on, but I have ordered a Vacation Planning Kit several times. The first one was ordered January 21st, 2005. I still have not receive it. I call Disney and all they tell me it should arrive soon.

I am tired of waiting, and I just thought that maybe someone here had received two by mistake and would not mind mailing me the extra one.

If so pleaselet me know and I will give you the address.

I ordered mine after the initial rush (I waited until most people on this forum posted that they received their copy).

Once I ordered mine it came within 2 weeks.

The more I watch it the more I like it.

I still like the previous DVD, Where Magic Lives, but I appreciate the different approach with the new DVD.

Maybe you should go on-line and order it again.

I agree with you, The 2005 video dosen't tell you enough info, the 2004 edition is better!

It took Disney a month for me to recieve my video.Hang in there!!

the general time frame is 2-6 weeks based on demand. Mid february there was a notice sent to employees about a delay.. yours will come, just be patient.

I ordered on 3/10 and it arrived last Saturday (4/2).
