My Universal Photos -Rebranding Special

Universal has rebranded their Universal Photo Connect to My Universal Photo.

There doesn't appear to be a lot of changes. I'm not a big fan of the service and the costs and packages are not great. I should have gotten the Annual Passholder package when I was there in March for 4 days but I didn't think I was going back... but I am!! and for 5 days! In March, I got the 3 day package so we had to forego photos on our last day. Plus, you need to remember that the days need to be consecutive so if you are doing 3 days at Universal and 5 days at Disney and your 3 days at US are not in a row, that package is not going to be worth it.

I was looking at the packages for our 5 days in August trip. The 3 day is 90$ and the 14 day or passholder is 140$. THEN I saw they have a My Universal Photos Rebrand Special for 70$ and it provides you with Unlimited digital downloads for 5 days, a 16x18 poster printed in park, $10 online credit, 1 5x7 print, 1 4x6 print!

Unfortunately, it does not say how long the special is for so I purchased it right away for our August trip.

Thanks for posting this deal! Just to clarify - if I buy the 3 day My Universal Photo package, I have to use this on 3 consecutive days (ie Mon, Tues, Wed) of the same week? If I wanted to go say Mon, Tues, and Thurs. I will not be able to use this service on Thursday? I am really hoping that is not true....

Unfortunately the 5 day rebrand special is gone! I bought it a week ago! Yes the 3 days need to be consecutive which is very unfortunate, at least they could put it to be used within 14 days. So to answer your question, you would not be able to use it on Thursday. You could get the 14 day. Also 2 days of photos is not that bad because your third day will likely be spent on repeat rides. Just get all your family photos done on the first 2 days and do all the rides that have photos. Hope this helps.
