Thanks Boots for asking. Good, we had friends over and hung out. She's a little disappointed she doesn't get to go back for a week with the hoilday (she's on a M-W-F schedule) But I'm glad to get her back for a bit!:sunny:

Hey Jennifer!
Glad the day went well and you guys got your ice cream time together! I remember those pre-school days like they were yesterday....those first days were awful every single year! To tell you the truth, DD is going into 6th and ds into 3rd and I am STILL dreading that first day!!! The "dread" time does shrink a little over time though!;) You just keeptelling yourself..."This is good for her...this is good for her...it IS. That first day of Kindergarten will be easier for her and for you because of these pre-school efforts now. Read a niiice long cuddly bedtime story tonight!!

WOW! Looks like I'm in GREAT company! My ds starts pre-school in a couple weeks and I keep thinking, "I'm I doing the right thing?" He is my second baby. My first born, dd is going into grade 4 next Tuesday. ds will be 3 years old in January. I have him in a co-op pre-school in our community centre. He is also on a M-W-F schedule, 9am-11:30pm. Because it's a co-op I will be volunteering once day every 4 - 6 weeks. I like that part. I work PT in the same community centre M-T-W-T from 9:30am-11am, so I really only get Fridays to myself, which I picked for my volunteer day at both my kids schools! S
