My turn for the single digit dance!!!

After posting a reply to another thread, I saw my countdown clock and realized it's in the single digits! I can't believe how quickly that went.

Now all I have to do is finalize the packing list... and worry about Frances' and Ivan's impact on the WDW area. I have to admit I feel a bit guilty worrying about how these could affect my vacation plans when I know how it will wreak havoc with FL residents' lives.

I am having that problme too!! We are suppost to arrive in Orlando on the 11th and I am hoping and praying for their sake but also for ours that it will be ok by then and that Ivan goes away. I feel guilty too but this is our first family vacation and I hate to have to cancel it. Just have to wait and see and pray for FL and the folks that live there and are there now.

I know how you guys feel. I want so much to be excited but first with Fances and now with Ivan, I'm worried that things will be awful. Then I feel bad worrying about my vacation, when with what everyone in Florida is going thru.April

Yikes...FL is being it hard. However, my best friend works at AKL and she advised that with Frances Orlando has nill to no damage they are just soakin wet and Charley was actually worse. I'm also watching Ivan and any other Hurricane that could follow. We'll be praying for those in FL and keeping our fingers cross.
I'm ready for a vacation.

We're all praying that Ivan won't hit FL. I don't think they can stand any more rain. Also praying it doesn't hit southern LA where all of my family is. But it's got to hit somewhere so let's just pray that it dies down and doesn't cause anyone much damage.
