My advice - start slow and watch tv! I tape LOST, Desperate Housewives,etc. - shows I really want to watch. Shows like Dancing With The Stars or Ice Skating are very motivational. I only watch them on the treadmill. When I get tired I SLOOOOW down, but I don't stop. An hour long show turns into 40 -45 minutes with FF.
I got my treadmill last summer and I'm loving it. My dog isn't very happy though.
