My Title has been changed!!!

Our HH contract went to DVC on the 1st and the seller received a call today saying they waived ROFR. Now it's onto the closing company. We're itching to get into the system b/c that 7 month window for summer has now opened for HH and we really, really want to go this summer.

Got the email today. We're officially in!

Won't be going to HH this summer. Instead we're planning to go in September.

My parents both have birthday's this month and they'll be stopping in WDW for a one night stay. Now I can surprise them with a room as a 70th B'day present for my step-father.

Made my first call to MS. All DVC resorts are booked solid in a couple of weeks, so if my parents go to WDW, I'll have to use some of my banked points for one of the mods.

But HH, has some availability, so I could get them 2 nights in a studio at the end of the month.
