my tip for you

i've learned so much from these boards, it's time to return the favor so here is one tip i never heard covered before.
When you go to DTD, somewhere, in one of the walkways between shops, there is a place where a photographer makes portrait pictures. I think they're meant to take pictures of girls after they did the BBB, but you can also have pictures taken of kids that didn't do BBB. We had the photopass cd, so asked them if these portraits could be included (no extra cost !!) and the photographer confirmed. She spent 10 to 15 minutes taking portrait pictures of our girl (who by the way was dressed in a non-princess dress) which turned out really lovely !! Think pictures of your kids posing on a couch, sitting on a pouch, etc Though i'm not such a big fan of posed pictures, i did like having them for once as a nice memory....

Thanks for the tip! There is also photographers available in the lobby at AKL that will do this same thing. You don't have to be staying at the lodge to have the pictures done either. We had some lovely holiday pictures done one year and put right on our photopass. I believe there is one other resort that has a photographer in their lobby...maybe Grand Floridian?

Yes, I agree great find!! We've had pics of our kids done here and they have always turned out well. And best part they put them all on photopass cd!!
