I have just found that my points have been loaded for my BLT resale contract.

5/15 Offer accepted
5/16 Paperwork sent, returned by e-mail and deposit paid
5/23 All Escrow document recieved and returned
6/12 ROFR waived
6/19 Final documents recieved and returned
7/3 Notice of completion recieved
7/5 Went online to find my points are already loaded!

7 weeks start to finish seems really good to me!

Just goes to prove that us international buyers are actually very easy to deal with

I am still in shock! I was planning to call MS next week to see if the points had been added but went online to check availability and there they were!

Daughter very happy as I have just booked her first independent vacation for her.

Congratulations Meggysmum. We have almost the exact timeline except that we're still waiting on finding out if and when docs were sent to Disney, when we receive membership number and when we get loaded into the system. I have no idea what the next step is except to wait. Sigh.

A small contract of 125 points, March UY, $90pp . Seemed to have to wait quite a while for a contract of less than 160 and wanted March so had to snap it up even though I was hoping for slightly cheaper!

We already own at BLT so I think that knocked a few days off the timeline compared to new owners.

Very nice timeline! Ours is taking just a bit longer, but seems to be moving along. Our final documents and funds have been returned, now it's just the last weeks of waiting.
