My Tickets Never Arrived... We Leave Sunday..

On December 3rd I ordered my park hoppers from the Disney Website. With standard shipping they were to arrive by December 17th. When they did not arrive I called and was told to wait until Wednesday the 22nd and if they did not arrive to call back. When I got home from work at 4, I still had no tickets so I immediately called back. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then was kicked of out the system because they close at 4:45. I now have no tickets and I leave on Sunday. There is no time to re-ship them now. I assume I will have to pick them up at guest services...... has this ever happened to anyone else?

Well since you didn't get them yet, there's no chance you'll accidentally forget them at home.

Not to me, but to someone I know. If you don't get them before you leave, bring your confirmation with you, and go to Guest Services and they would be able to reissue the passes for you. Good luck!

Bring your confirmation and the same credit card for verification. It takes two minutes at Guest services either at the parks or Downtown Disney. We had to do it a few weeks ago. I ordered them in October and they didn't show up in time for our Dec. 2 trip.

Just bring your confirmation number and your Picture ID to any Guest Relations or will call window and they will look up the tickets and reprint them for you. Then when you get home, just chuck the tickets that were sent, as they will no longer be any good. Make sure that the person whose name is on the tickets goes to pick up the tickets, as they will not be given to anyone else, including spouses, children, etc.
