My Surgery is Over!

Everything went well Tuesday and I got to home home Wednesday afternoon. The nodule on my thyroid was benign so I'm very, very thankful for that. The incision is about 3" long, and not causing me too much pain. An occasional Tylenol 3 helps when it gets too bothersome. Didn't sleep well in the hospital, but last night slept really good in my own little bed. Thanks to all who sent up prayers for me, or wished me good thoughts. I really appreciated it.

Glad your home and everything is good! It's hard to get any rest in the hospital because the nurses come in everytime just as you go to sleep, lol.
