We are heading down to Disnye this weekend (Thursday-Sunday) for a short trip to watch the Braves play at Spring Training and we'll also be goign to Animal Kingdom on Saturday. We will also be going again in April for a week, for our "real" vacation.

Last Spetember we went down to Disney, as the hubster was playing in a softball tournament down there, and we made do with what we took. On a whim we spent a day at EPCOT. We did well, but our diaper bag was a PIA (doesn't attach to our stroller).

So recently I've been doing some scouting around on this site, and bought the following for our Dinsney trips this year.

We have a Graco IPO umbrella stroller:
1) Skip Hop Saddlebag to attach to the side of the stroller to exclusively hold stuff our daughter (20 months) will need while we are out and about in the park. (Amazon $15)

2) Ship Hop Duo diaper bag that attaches to the handles of the stroller ($20). I purchased it from a member of my birth month community somewhere else online. This will hold a few extras for our daughter, asd well as mom and Dad's stuff. Plus whenever we have another child, the diaper bag is neutral to be used for the next child.

3) Graco stroller rain cover ($12). I was planning on doing the poncho bit, but I think a good gust of wind or movement of the stroller would cause it to fly up. Plus my daughter would hate being inthe stroller covered by a poncho, as she would not be able to see. My daughter jates to get wet (unexpectedly) and wants to be able to see things, so a trip to Babies R' Us was warranted for the rain cover.

That leaves the basket of our stroller empty for bags or a small soft sided cooler.

I think this site has rubbed off on me too much, but I can proudly say that our stroller is ready!

LOL. I completely understand. I just got some stuff from an ebay store for our trip in May. I have a MacLaren Volo (the bare basic model) and bought a "belly bar" which is two soft cup holders that velcro on at kid height and a loose soft strap that can go across her lap with pockets. We'll probably use it cup holders without the lap bar. I also got a rain cover that folds back nicely so we can keep it on all the time. I made sure the stroller still folds with everything and it will... with one easy modification. I already have a Jolly Jumper parent caddy that I use all the time. The Volo is pretty tippy so I can't plan on hanging too much of the back but we don't need to carry toooo much with an almost 3 yo.

We had the Skip Hop single bag and I found the double online before one of our trips last year. I mentioned it to my husband on our first day and we ordered it overnighted to the hotel. We loved it! We had plenty of room for everything...and then some. We also added the Carryyou...a roll up pouch that hooks to the stroller handles for drinks, wallet, camera etc...since our Macleran didn't have those type attachments.
