The Frontier Roll (the best cinnamon roll on the planet)
A Green Chile cheese burger (from Blake's)
Enchiladas (With cheese and Red Chile, and/or with chicken, cheese and Green Chile)
Fried potatoes with Red Chile and cheese and an egg on top
Green Chile stew with fresh tortillas (not those thousand year old things you find at the Stop-n-Shop)
Real, slow cooked pinto beans with onions, garlic and, yup, Green Chile
Stuffed Sopaipillas (Little delicious puffed pillows of fried dough stuffed with beef, beans, or chicken, etc)
Plain Sopaipillas (no stuffin') with honey
