He'll be 3 next month, and since he was a baby, he has always talked to himself in bed before falling asleep.

Earlier today I put him down for a nap, and I heard him jabbering on and on through the monitor, and he said "Mommy and Mason go to Disneywand! Casey Junior, rollercoaster, Mickey Mouse, castle, pirates... Going to Disneywand! Ride da tram. See map. Fewwis wheel. Wheeee!"

:rotfl:

Apparently he's as addicted as I am.

So sweet ~ how lucky you are to be close enough to go often! When do you have your next visit planned?

We may go next week if we have time, otherwise it will be the day after Mother's Day. :goodvibes

I have the SoCal Select AP though, so as soon as summer is here, I can't go again until fall. Which is probably good, because gas is so expensive!

That's so cute!!

My son does the same thing, but he's 4 & chatty, so it's probably not surprising! :)

I'm only 36 years older than he is, and I talk to myself about DL.

How adorable. My son at that age used to want to fall asleep to a DL cd, that's when I knew he was also hooked. It's so sweet isn't it?

Awwww that's too cute!!! And ftr, I'm almost 37 and am totally addicted to DL! LOL

ahhh how adorable.
I love how he is listing things. It is the cutest thing how you describe it!

My dd is the same age and we just have had her 1st 2 trips in one month time
and she is doing a kind of similar thing.

Just got home last night from Disney. She woke up about 3am and
sat up straight and said, "we go in mountain and snow in there and a monster. It's not real, raaaaaaaaaaa. Like the red nosed deer.
Pretend scary. We see Peter Paaaaan, We fly. In stars and see fire WORKs da castle. We see Alice. "...
I was pretending I was asleep just so I could hear what she wanted to say.;)
I was awake and remembering our trip too then I broke down and told her how much fun it was with her at Dinsneyland.
Added to the list and we snuggled to sleep remembering.
:cloud9:

I am sure our two would have loads to talk about together... lol

Oh, I can't wait for my youngest's first trip to Disneyland in June! He is 19 months, and I'm already working on getting him addicted. The other night, as I put him to bed, he found a little Mickey Mouse figurine in his bed and said, "Mouw". He talks to himself at night, too, but we can't understand him, yet.

Ok, that was precious!!

That is so cute! Isn't it awsome when kids can enunciate what they are thinking? Whenever my DD (2.5) sees an airplane she says that it is going to Disneyland and if you ask who she will see when she goes, she will list off every character that she can think of! :rotfl: Kids are so much fun. It is the best seeing DL through the eyes of a child!

Awwww I need to rent some toddlers, they are too cute. No babies for me till grandkids (boo hoo). My DD is mildly autistic, so she didn't talk at that age....but we knew she was hooked anyways through her wardrobe, play and video requests.

You can borrow mine for a while! He's cute, but he's driving me bonkers lately!
