My son has 3 days left on a child's 5 day pass, but he's no longer under 10. We went to WDW 2 years ago when he was 9, but didn't use all of the days due to circumstances beyond our control. We haven't been able to plan a return trip until now, but he'll be 12 once we are in WDW again.

He's a tall 11 year old, so I'm not comfortable with trying to "sneak" him in on his child ticket. I've heard that I can get his ticket upgraded at Guest Services, so I'd like to do that. Does it cost anything to upgrade him, and how much?

TIA!

It doesn't cost anything. You simply go to the ticket window and have it exchanged.

Based on what I have read - make sure he is with you. They will need to see the former child
