My Salad Recipe - opinions?

I'm really surprised by all the people who think mozzerella doesn't belong on salads. We have restaurants around here that put it on their salads and it's extremely popular. I put mozzerella on salads at home sometimes too.

I live in the NYC metro area, TONS of Italian restaurants, and the only mozzarella you will find on a salad is fresh, either sliced or the small balls. No cheddar either.

I love the salad just the way it is (I can hardly eat a salad without Mandarian oranges). My thought was also deviled eggs.

Update: The salad was a hit! Out of 30 people, two said they didnt eat salad at all, but the other 28 loved it and cleaned thier plates.
If I were to change anything, it would have been the cranberries. I wasnt a huge fan of those, but it didnt ruin it.
