My resort ressies

I must be looking in the wrong place. On the old Disney website you could pull up your ressie number and see your balance and make payments online. Tried to do it this morning under my Disney experience and I can't find a place to pay. . Am I looking under the wrong place? Do I have a call and make a payment? It's just so much quicker today online.

Log into the new website

At bottom of page on right, click on "Order Customized Maps"

At top of Page, click on "My Reservations"

Click on "View Details"

You should be able to see your balance remaining and able to make payments.

Wow....I can't tell you how happy I am that you posted this! I was trying to make my final payment this morning & couldn't do it on new site. Then I tried to call and after entering in all my info - the automated lady told me I had to wait for a cast member. I hung up after waiting on hold for 15 minutes!! Annoyed I logged on to disboards and saw your post. I followed the instructions and made my payment in 2 minutes!!!!
