My resale timeline...finally closed!

I'm the seller, so here it is from my POV (100 SSR):

10/20: (or so) listing sent
10/25: listed
10/26: sold, contracts rc'd
11/2: contracts sent
11/19: passes ROFR
(We had a delay here w/ DVC not sending the estoppal info to the closing agent. They asked me to call and "light a fire" which I did and they had what they needed within 24 hours.)
12/7: Rc'd closing docs
12/10: returned closing docs (buyer's hadn't been received yet at this point)
12/17: closed with proceeds scheduled to be sent around the 20th, so 60 days from listing to close.

All in all, I'm happy with the way it all went, although DVC being on the ball with the estoppal information would have made it a perfect transaction.

Who did you call regarding the Estople? We are stalled at this same step, and I am starting to get frustrated!!! I wouldnt mind calling them at all, do you mind sharing who/what department you spoke to?

I called the DVC 800 number (800-********) and chose option 3 (member accounting) I'm sorry, I can't find my note of whom I was supposed to contact (I'm wanting to say Janice or Joyce, but that may be way off!) I just left a message stating that we were past our closing date and had a very short window of opportunity for the 2 people on the contract to be in the same place at the same time to sign in front of a notary and I needed it done NOW. I hope you can get moving forward soon!
