My priceline award

I just wanted to post my recent award from priceline. Hopefully this may be helpful to someone.

I wanted to get the Airport Hyatt but received the Holiday Inn Select instead. I'm not too upset since I heard it was a nice place also. I had bid $35,$38 and then $40.00 . The final bid was accepted. I bid on a 3 star hotel in the airport, Kissimee and WDW area zones. The date is for April 24th.

Congratulations on your bid. We stayed at the HI Select in November for 1 night after a late flight in through a Priceline bid. It was much nicer than I had expected. The shuttle service was very prompt, check in a breeze, very friendly staff. I had requested a room with a king bed and a sofa bed which they cheerfully provided. When I went to check in the clerk saw my children standing there and offered to send housekeeping up to make the sofa bed. The housekeeper beat us to the room and had the bed almost made before we got to the room and offered to leave extra pillows, towels and blankets.

In the AM the shuttle runs on the hour and 1/2 hour back to the airport and again was prompt and friendly. Nice pool area too. The rooms were actually much bigger than the ones we have stayed in at the Hyatt in the airport!! This is likely to be the nicest $40/night hotel I have stayed at!!
